Terms of Service

By accessing or using our product or service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our product or service. You must be at least 13 years old to use our product or service. Accounts found under age of 13 will be terminated. You agree to use our product or service in a lawful and ethical manner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

In addition to these Terms, users participating in communities connected to Panora (e.g. via Discord servers) must follow our community guidelines, which include treating other members respectfully and avoiding spam, harassment, or toxic behavior. Violation may result in removal or ban from Panora-affiliated spaces.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to the Service are the property of Panora Connect or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission from Panora Connect.

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 24/7 availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.

Roblox & Discord Data: By using the Service, you authorize us to access and use your Roblox username and UserID and read your public Roblox profile to verify your account and enable certain features. We will only use this information for verification and will not share it with any third parties, except as required by law. By using the Service, you authorize us to access and use your Discord username and UserID. If you link your Discord account with Panora or join a Discord server that uses Panora, we may collect data such as your Discord username, server activities, and interactions. This information is used to manage user interactions and provide a personalized experience within our Discord communities. We will not share this information with any third parties, except as required by law. We may link your Roblox and Discord accounts to enhance your experience on Panora. This linking allows us to provide integrated features and services.

Account Security & Activities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including any Roblox and Discord authentication tokens. You must restrict access to your computer and devices to prevent unauthorized use. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, including any purchases made or actions taken.

Panora offers free plans as well as paid subscription plans, including monthly and yearly options. The features and services included with each plan are specified on our website. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Panora Connect LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method on file for the recurring subscription fee. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method. All payment information is securely processed by our payment partner, Stripe, and is not stored on Panora Connect's servers. You may update your payment method, cancel, or switch your subscription at any time through your account. Panora Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, and automatically cancel subscriptions, if we suspect violations of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any applicable third-party policies (including but not limited to Stripe, Discord, and Roblox). In the event of a dispute or fraudulent activity, Panora Connect reserves the right to cancel your subscription and resolve the issue directly with the payment provider. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 13 (Refunds). Failed payments will be handled according to Section 14 (Failed Payments). By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription or your account is suspended or terminated by Panora Connect. Billing information is required by our payment partner to help prevent fraud and unauthorized use and is fully handled by Stripe.com.

You are responsible for any content you post or share through the Service. You must ensure that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities: Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others. Interfering with the operation of the Service or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. Engaging in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

Panora integrates with third-party platforms such as Discord and Roblox. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation. All trademarks and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Panora is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panora and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Panora Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any active subscriptions will be cancelled without refund, unless otherwise required by law.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. However, Panora Connect may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at its sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction. Refunds will not be issued for charges older than 7 days, partial subscription periods, unused time, or cancellations initiated by the user.

If a recurring subscription payment fails, Panora Connect may retry the payment. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You are responsible for updating your payment method to maintain uninterrupted service. Panora Connect is not liable for any loss of access resulting from failed or outdated payment information.

Panora Connect shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, labor disputes, government actions, or third-party service failures.

Panora Connect reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes occur, we will provide notice to all affected customers a few days in advance via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the new pricing constitutes acceptance of the change. If you do not agree with the updated pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

We may revise these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. You are advised to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida for any legal proceedings.
