2. Authentication and Data Usage

Roblox & Discord Data:

• By using the Service, you authorize us to access and use your Roblox username and UserID and read your public Roblox profile to verify your account and enable certain features. We will only use this information for verification and will not share it with any third parties, except as required by law.
• By using the Service, you authorize us to access and use your Discord username and UserID. If you link your Discord account with Panora or join a Discord server that uses Panora, we may collect data such as your Discord username, server activities, and interactions. This information is used to manage user interactions and provide a personalized experience within our Discord communities. We will not share this information with any third parties, except as required by law.
• We may link your Roblox and Discord accounts to enhance your experience on Panora. This linking allows us to provide integrated features and services.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security & Activities:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including any Roblox and Discord authentication tokens. You must restrict access to your computer and devices to prevent unauthorized use.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, including any purchases made or actions taken.

4. Billing

Panora offers both free and paid plans. The features and services provided under each plan are specified on our website.

• For paid plans, you must provide accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method. This is to help us prevent fraud activities.
• All payments are processed by Stripe and/or Paypal. We do not store or manage your payment information.
• By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at our sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days' notice before the new fees take effect.

5. Content and Usage

You are responsible for any content you post or share through the Service. You must ensure that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

6. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others.
• Interfering with the operation of the Service or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Engaging in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Panora LLC is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
