Workspace Data: For users with workspaces, we collect workspace-specific information such as workspace ID, linked Discord and Roblox group IDs, roles, API keys, plan, status, and other workspace configurations. This information is used to provide the workspace functionality and manage your workspace. IP Addresses and Analytics: We may collect IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track general usage, and gather aggregate demographic information. This helps us understand how our users interact with Panora and improve the user experience. All personal data and workspace data can be requested for deletion, and will be permanently removed upon request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No billing or subscription data is retained for free accounts. For paid accounts, limited billing and subscription records may be retained to comply with applicable financial and tax laws. Once retention obligations expire, all remaining personal data will be deleted or anonymized. Once deletion is completed, your data cannot be recovered. If you log back into Panora using Discord or any other linked login method, a new account will be created, and previous data will not be restored.

We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Discord insights, or Roblox analytics) to understand how users interact with our platform and improve our services. These tools may collect information sent by your browser or device, including cookies and your IP address. This helps us optimize our services and provide a better user experience.
