Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using Panora Connect, which is owned and operated by Evercore Technologies Inc. and/or Evercore Technologies Incorporated, referred to in this Privacy Policy as Evercore, Panora Connect, we, us, or our.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you access our website, dashboard, Roblox or Discord integrations, scripts, APIs, subscriptions, support tools, and related services.
Cookies
Panora Connect may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, secure accounts, understand usage, and improve the service.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may prevent certain dashboard, authentication, billing, security, or workspace features from working correctly.
Information We Collect
Personal Information: We may collect information such as your email address, display name, account identifiers, contact details, support messages, inquiry submissions, and information you voluntarily provide.
Discord Account Data: If you log in with Discord or connect a Discord server, we may collect your Discord ID, username, avatar, email address if provided by Discord, server IDs, role data, member data, and related information needed to provide workspace features.
Roblox Account and Group Data: If you link a Roblox account or group, we may collect your Roblox username, user ID, group IDs, role and rank information, public profile information, verification state, ranking activity, application activity, session participation, and related metadata.
Workspace Data: We collect workspace-specific information such as workspace IDs, names, owners, co-owners, linked Discord and Roblox group IDs, roles, settings, API keys, plan, status, bot settings, application center settings, ranking center settings, security settings, departments, member records, session settings, logbook data, leave-of-absence records, ranking logs, audit logs, and other workspace configurations.
Activity and Experience Data: If a workspace installs Panora scripts or uses activity or experience features, we may collect presence data, activity sessions, AFK or idle signals available to the script, server identifiers, player identifiers, join and leave times, in-game action logs, command results, audit events, and related telemetry needed to provide those features.
Billing Data: For paid accounts, we may store limited billing and subscription metadata such as plan, subscription status, billing provider, customer ID, subscription ID, price ID, billing dates, invoice status, payment method brand, card last four digits, expiration month and year, and payment failure status. Full payment card details are processed by payment providers such as Stripe, Inc. and/or PayPal and are not stored directly on Panora Connect servers.
Device, Usage, and Security Data: We may collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, session data, log data, page views, API usage, error data, security events, and other technical information to operate, protect, debug, and improve the service.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide Panora Connect, authenticate users, connect Discord and Roblox accounts, manage workspaces, operate bots and scripts, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use workspace and activity data to generate dashboard views, logs, audit trails, reports, moderation context, security notices, usage summaries, and other service functionality requested or configured by workspace owners or authorized staff.
Email & Communication Consent
By using Panora Connect, you consent to receive automated and manual communications from us, including account notifications, billing notices, service updates, security alerts, support replies, verification messages, policy notices, and other important service communications.
Some communications are essential to providing the service and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active. Emails may be sent from @panora.cc addresses or from Evercore-controlled notification addresses such as panora@alert.evercorecorp.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information we collect. However, no online service, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
You are responsible for protecting your account, linked accounts, devices, passwords, API keys, bot tokens, and workspace access. You share information with us at your own risk.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Panora Connect, including hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics and observability providers, security providers, support tools, and infrastructure vendors.
We may share information with Stripe, PayPal, Discord, Roblox, or other third parties when needed to provide requested features, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with their policies, respond to disputes, or comply with law.
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms or policies, protect our rights or property, protect users or the public, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
Billing, Payments, and Statement Descriptors
Paid subscriptions and related billing are handled by Evercore Technologies Inc., directly or through payment processing partners such as Stripe, Inc. and/or PayPal.
Your bank statement may show EVERCORE T*, EVERCORE TECHNOLOGIES INC, Stripe, PayPal, or another related payment descriptor instead of Panora Connect.
Payment processors may collect, process, and retain payment information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations. Panora Connect receives and stores limited billing metadata needed to manage subscriptions, invoices, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, tax, and compliance obligations.
Your Rights & Data Deletion
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by submitting an inquiry through the Panora dashboard at https://my.panora.cc/inquiries.
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, maintain security, and keep required records.
When you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information by law, contract, fraud prevention needs, dispute handling, accounting obligations, tax obligations, payment processor requirements, or security needs.
For free accounts, we generally delete account information, linked Discord and Roblox accounts, workspace data, and related activity or configuration data unless retention is required for security, abuse prevention, legal, or operational reasons.
For paid accounts, limited billing, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and subscription records may be retained after account deletion where required or reasonably necessary. Once retention obligations expire, remaining personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
Once deletion is completed, your data cannot be recovered. If you log back into Panora Connect using Discord or another login method, a new account may be created and previous data will not be restored.
Analytics & Tracking Tools
We may use analytics, observability, performance, and error monitoring tools to understand how users interact with Panora Connect, identify issues, protect the service, and improve reliability.
These tools may collect information sent by your browser, device, or application, including IP address, device information, browser information, pages visited, request metadata, performance metrics, and error details. We may reduce, disable, filter, or change these tools from time to time.
Children's Privacy
Panora Connect is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, or the minimum age of digital consent in your location if higher. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the applicable age, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.
International Users
Panora Connect is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under local privacy laws, which may include the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent where applicable, or receive a copy of certain personal data.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website or dashboard unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of Panora Connect after updates are posted means you acknowledge the updated policy.
